DISC Certification and Certificate Training

DiSC Training Certification is now available to the public in two forms:

1. In-Person two day DiSC Train-the-Trainer Certificate Training. The Only Official Everything DiSC Certification conducted by Inscape Publishing, on our behalf, for our clients.
2. The New Everything DiSC Application Library Certification.

Everything DiSC^® Facilitation System Trainer Certification By Inscape Publishing

Due to requests from our clients that desire an in-person "DiSC" Certification that carries credibility, Center for Internal Change, Inc. has made arrangements for Inscape Publishing (the publisher of DiSC, DiSC Classic and their complete inventory of online and paper DiSC profiles, reports and facilitation programs) to provide this service directly. Note: You will be trained by Inscape Publishing's professional trainers and staff with direct access to the most updated research, resources and products.  Only Inscape Publishing can offer official certification in "DiSC^®" and conducts the only official "Everything DiSC Certification."

What is the In-Person Everything DiSC Facilitation System Trainer Certification?

This two-day training sessions will be held in Minneapolis and will be conducted by Inscape Publishing, the creator's of Everything DiSC. It will provide an in-depth understanding of DiSC, the Everything DiSC Facilitation System and its many solution-based applications. It has been designed to assure that you are provided with the newest DiSC research and provides a way of demonstrating your level of understand of DiSC. In addition, Everything DiSC Facilitation System Trainer Certification will provide an overview of the entire range of DiSC reports, which includes:

• DiSC Classic 2.0 paper and online versions
• DiSC PPSS
• DiSC Supplemental Reports
• DiSC Group Culture Report
• DiSC Facilitator’s Report

This will enable you to choose the most appropriate DiSC reports to meet your needs and to get solution-based training outcomes. You will also get an understanding of additional and supplemental DiSC reports that can help employees develop better communication and build stronger relationships with their co-workers, managers and direct report by using additional .

$2495.00 for 2 days of Training, Everything DISC System, and EPIC account set up:  Includes training registration PLUS the complete Everything DISC Facilitation System: Manual, DVD, CD, which will be shipped to you immediately. Your EPIC account will be set up with full instructions on how to Prior to starting the in-person certification:

• You will have a working knowledge of the EPIC Administrator Account used for delivery of the various DiSC online profiles and reports.  This will be done over the phone.

• You will have pre-work including completing the DISC Classic 2.0 and DISC PPSS, two of the online DISC profiles.

• You will have time to look through Everything DISC Facilitation System and will need to bring it to class with you.

Q:  Is Certification needed to use DISC Profile tests?  No, but it is recommended because of the recent advancements in the DiSC profile, its variations, and various paper and online delivery generated individual and group reports.  The center piece of the training is the Everything DISC Facilitation System, which is based on new 2005 research as opposed to much of the decades old of faulty information and folklore what does not stand up to current research methodologies.  Everything DISC is the most comprehensive DISC training and facilitation system ever offered to the public by Inscape Publishing (formerly Carlson Learning Company and before that Performax). and based on new research on both DiSC and Adult learning. It is comprehensive, intuitive and user friendly.

Q:  What do I need to do to prepare for the training?
A.  You will need to bring, or we will ship it for you, the Everything DISC Facilitation System to the training with you.  Prior to the training we will set up online EPIC Administrator Account for you so you can deliver DiSC online. You will need to complete with DISC Classic 2.0 and DISC PPSS, two of the online DISC profiles and bring your results.

The material for your 2 day program is the entire Everything DISC System: 
The Manual, The Everything DISC DVD, PowerPoints with presentation materials, Course Outlines, History, Research, the original DISC Theory Model of William Moulton Marston, DISC Applications (where do you use DiSC in its many forms), the online EPIC Client system for administration of DISC Classic and DISC PPSS, DISC paper profiles, QuikDisc cards, people reading cards. Q:  What will be covered in the two days?
A.  DISC, Everything DISC, and EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center), not in a lecture format, but in a practicum, the experiential mode most conducive to learning.  You will know DISC when you finish the two days.  More importantly you will know when and how to use the best DISC Tools available.  You will learn when to use DISC in its paper versions and various online versions to achieve solution-based learning outcomes.

Q:  What's the most important thing for me to do?
A:  Register early.  Class size is small and available on a first come, first served basis.  We will be covering a lot and you will appreciate the individual attention.  You also have class pre-work, we have to set up and let you practice with your EPIC account, and you have to have received and reviewed briefly your Everything DISC Facilitation System Manual and Everything DISC DVD.

DISC Certification includes the opportunity to demonstrate your learning through a practical examination consisting of 37 short answer questions (open book) and relax, our trainers goal is to be supportive and to help you succeed. If your learning is such that you prefer to "Do It Yourself" or with a small group you may want to just purchase the "Everything DiSC Facilitation System™" and go through it yourself or with a study group.  We have found that trainers with experience doing train-the-trainer trainings can go through the system, follow the includes instructions, outlines, and guides with ease.  Training groups can take turns presenting the various presentations, workshops, and trainings to each other. This can be effectively done if followed by an open and honest debriefing and feedback session.  Everything else you need to establish a strong competence in DiSC is included in the kit.  Phone coaching and consulting on DiSC and Everything DiSC is available at an hourly rate, which can be broken down into 30 minute segments.
