The DISC Personality Test behavioral model
explores one's behavior style based on their personality and the situations one finds themselves in. DiSC® Classic is a nonjudgmental personality assessment developed through research and repeated validation with the purpose of helping people with the skills to their and others' understanding behavioral styles and personality types.
DiSC Classic uses a four quadrant personality model that looks at your primary dimensions where as the Everything DiSC model uses a circumplex model to show your true blend of your dimensions of behavior and personality:
