| Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your order and the UPS, FedEx or USPS shipping tables. You will have several options from ground delivery to next day delivery. We reserve the right to choose what we determine to be the best shipping method to get you your. Costs are provided to you during the check out process. Online products do not have a shipping charge. |
| Exchanges & Returns | | Center for Internal Change will accept the return of a purchased item if it is returned to Professional Change. Com within 15 days and the product has remained undamaged and is in perfect (new) condition. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of purchase, we can not accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is a refund a restocking fee of $20 or 15%, which ever is more, will be deducted from the credit or refund. S&H can not be refunded. There are no refunds for online assessments or courses. |
