Shipping and Handling
Shipping and
handling charges are
determined
by the weight of your order and the UPS
shipping tables. You will have several
options from ground delivery to next day
delivery. We primarily use UPS, but may
substitute Airborne or USPS. Costs are
provided to you during the check out
process. Online products do not have a
shipping charge.
Exchanges & Returns
Center
for Internal Change will accept
the return of a purchased item
if it is returned to
Professional Change. Com within
15 days and the product has
remained undamaged and is in
perfect (new) condition. If the
item has been opened or damaged,
and/or it is past 15 days of
purchase, we can not accept the
product for any exchange or
refund. If there is a refund a
restocking fee of $20 or 15%,
which ever is more, will be
deducted from the credit or
refund. S&H can not be
refunded. There are no refunds
for online assessments or
courses.
Privacy Policy
ProfessionalChange.com
will never
sell or rent any of our clients' or
customers' information with any
organization.
